How memberships work
Set it up once. FanHubb delivers every perk, every month, automatically.
You make the content. FanHubb handles who gets in, what they unlock, when they’re charged and when access ends. No spreadsheets, no checking who paid.
The 3 steps
Sell › Memberships. Up to 3 plans from $1 a month, with a yearly option (2 months free). Tick the perks each plan includes and add a welcome note.
They tap Join on your page and pay by card. It renews on its own. You get a “New member” alert; they get your welcome note.

You can also send member messages (up to 5 a day) that go only to your members, inside FanHubb Mail.
Who does what
FanHubb does
- Charges members every month or year
- Unlocks and locks perks on time
- Applies discounts and credits at checkout
- Reminds yearly members before they renew
- Retries a failed card, then ends access if it still fails
- Pays you on your payout schedule
You do
- Make the posts, files and drops
- Host any calls or live sessions
- Look after anything outside FanHubb (a Discord server or a private account). FanHubb only shares the link with members; change it now and then.
- Physical items like merch aren’t a membership perk on FanHubb today
Prices, and when a member leaves
How high can I price a plan?
Your limit is shown when you set your price, and it goes up over time as your account builds a good history. Need more sooner, for example because you’re bringing members from another site? Tap Request a higher limit in the plan editor.
Yearly billing
Most plans can offer yearly, at 10 times the monthly price. The plan editor tells you when a price is monthly only.
They cancel
They keep every perk until the end of the time they paid for, then access closes on its own.
Their card fails
Stripe tries again. If it still doesn’t go through, the membership ends and perks switch off.
They ask for a refund
Yearly plans only, within 48 hours of joining and before using any perk. FanHubb decides. Monthly plans aren’t refunded.
You change your price
Current members keep the price they joined at. New members pay the new price.
