Welcome to FanHubb ("FanHubb", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by FanHubb Inc. and accessible at JoinFanHubb.com. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any FanHubb service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use FanHubb. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including creators, fans, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use FanHubb. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access most features of FanHubb, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password and tell us immediately; our Help Center explains how.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are inactive for an extended period.
- One account per person — operating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits or bans is prohibited
- Usernames are non-transferable and may be reclaimed if an account is suspended
- You may not impersonate any person or entity or use a username that is misleading or offensive
Creators on FanHubb are independent individuals or entities, not employees or contractors of FanHubb. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, the accuracy of your profile, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Platform Fees: FanHubb charges an 8% transaction fee on all earnings for Free plan creators, and a 5% fee for Plus and Pro plan creators. These fees are deducted automatically from each transaction.
Stripe Connect: Creator payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC) process before receiving payouts. FanHubb is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification process.
Collabs: Collab earnings are split 50/50 between the two creators and processed automatically by Stripe. The split cannot be changed.
Battles (when offered): a battle is a timed tip event between two creators. Each creator keeps what their own fans send, under the usual fees; nothing passes between the creators, and the winner receives no prize from the other creator, from fans or from FanHubb (FanHubb may give winners promotional rewards such as a free Spotlight). The backer rewards you offer must be delivered to every backer who qualifies, win or lose; FanHubb delivers the files you set up automatically. Hype clips, rewards and milestones must follow the Community Guidelines.
Memberships: you may offer up to 3 membership plans with the perks your creator plan allows. You must provide the perks you advertise for as long as someone is a member; FanHubb delivers the automatic ones for you. Members keep the price they joined at. Monthly membership payments are paid like tips. Yearly payments are confirmed and held first, usually for 18 days (the hold may be longer or shorter), then paid with your next payout; see the Payout Terms.
Original content only: you may only post, upload, unlock or sell content that you created yourself, or that you own or hold every right and license needed to share and sell on FanHubb. That includes the music, beats, samples, lyrics, recordings, video, photos, artwork and fonts in it, and the permission of anyone who appears in it. You may not post or sell someone else’s work, re-uploads, leaks, or content you bought or downloaded elsewhere. Covers, remixes and samples need a license from the rights holder.
If content isn’t yours: we remove it (including under the DMCA Policy), may refund buyers at your expense and hold the related payouts, and may suspend or close your account. You are responsible for any claim brought against FanHubb because of content you posted or sold (see Indemnification).
You retain ownership of all content you post on FanHubb. By posting content, you confirm it is your original work or that you hold all the rights to it, and you grant FanHubb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, stream and deliver that content on the platform, including to fans who unlock or buy it.
Tips sent to creators on FanHubb are voluntary and non-refundable unless a creator's account is suspended or deactivated before a transaction is settled.
Fan Pro Membership: Fan Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member Rate: If you subscribed during the founding member offer period, your discounted rate is locked for life provided your subscription remains continuously active. Cancelling your subscription forfeits the founding rate permanently. Resubscribing will be at the current standard rate.
Memberships: a membership is a subscription that renews automatically, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your dashboard under Memberships; you keep the perks until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Yearly members get an email reminder before each renewal. If you cancel a yearly membership within 48 hours of joining and haven’t used any perk, you can ask for a refund, and FanHubb decides. Monthly memberships aren’t refunded. Perks are provided by the creator, and end when the membership ends.
Battles (when offered): backing a creator in a battle is a voluntary tip to that creator. It is not a bet or a wager: there is no stake, no prize and nothing paid to fans based on who wins. Backers receive the creator’s backer rewards up to the amount they backed, win or lose. Backings follow the same rules as tips, including refunds.
Unlocks & Timed Access: Payments used to unlock Timed Access drops or message a creator are non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
Downloads and limited editions: files you buy from a drop can be downloaded or played for 90 days (one year with Fan Pro), as described in the Refund Policy. A limited-edition copy number (for example “#7 of 50”) is a record of your purchase. It is not a transferable item and does not give you any ownership or rights in the content.
When you unlock or buy content, the creator keeps all ownership and rights. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to view, listen to, play and download it for your own enjoyment. You may not: resell, rent, trade, give away or share it or your access link; post, upload, stream or distribute it anywhere else; copy it for others; reproduce, remake, re-record, remix, sample or edit it into new work; use it for any commercial purpose or to make money; or use it to train artificial-intelligence models. If you do, we may end your access without a refund and close your account, and the creator may take legal action.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on FanHubb and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Posting or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Posting, selling, offering or requesting sexual or adult content of any kind, including nudity and sexually explicit material (see our Community Guidelines)
- Impersonating any person or falsely representing your affiliation with any entity
- Using FanHubb to solicit or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees, payment systems, or account restrictions
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or creators
- Posting content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
- Posting, uploading or selling content you did not create or do not have the rights to
- Reselling, sharing, redistributing, reproducing or remaking content bought or unlocked on FanHubb, or using it for profit
- Any form of fraud including false tip disputes or unauthorized chargebacks
All payments on FanHubb are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. FanHubb does not store credit card information.
Cash App and Venmo: a few creators approved by FanHubb also accept Cash App or Venmo. Those payments go straight to the creator and are not processed by FanHubb, so FanHubb can’t refund them or step in on them. FanHubb only gives you an order number and opens the item once the creator confirms the payment. See the Refund Policy.
Tips, content unlocks and purchases of downloads are non-refundable once processed, except as set out in the Refund Policy. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, tell us within 7 days using Payment Help or “Problem with this payment?” in your receipt. Our Help Center explains how to submit a request.
Subscription payments (Plus, Pro, Fan Pro and creators’ memberships) are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time, except as set out in the Refund Policy.
Sales tax and VAT: where sales tax, VAT or a similar tax applies to a purchase, it is calculated at checkout from your location and shown before you pay, and it appears on your receipt. If a purchase is refunded, the tax on the refunded part is refunded too.
FanHubb reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of documented platform error or fraudulent activity. All refunds are issued by FanHubb (creators cannot issue them) and may be full or partial; the service fee is not refunded.
Problems with a payment: use "Problem with this payment?" in your receipt or Payment Help in your dashboard (/help). FanHubb decides within 72–96 hours. Please contact us before your bank.
Chargebacks and fraud reports: if you dispute a FanHubb payment with your bank, or your bank reports it as fraud, your account is suspended while it is open and you lose access to what you bought until it is resolved. If it is decided in FanHubb's favor, your account may be restored with restrictions that FanHubb sets to protect creators, which can include additional card verification on payments, spending limits, limits on recurring tips, and a delay before new purchases can be opened. FanHubb tells you by email which restrictions apply to your account and for how long. If it is decided in your favor, the disputed item is removed, your account stays suspended unless FanHubb reinstates it, and you may not be able to pay on FanHubb again. A second chargeback closes your account permanently. See the Refund Policy.
Fraud prevention: to protect creators and fans, FanHubb records the IP address and device used for each payment and sign-in, receives card details from Stripe (never the full card number), and may ask your bank to confirm a payment (3D Secure). We use this to prevent fraud and to respond when a payment is disputed (see the Privacy Policy).
Creators: payouts, Cash Out Now fees, chargeback fees ($29.00 per chargeback), card fee adjustments and any balance owed to FanHubb are governed by the Creator Payout Terms.
Service fee: fans without Fan Pro pay a FanHubb service fee on each tip, message, unlock and download: 5% of the amount, at least $0.49. It is shown in the total before you pay, goes to FanHubb (not the creator), and is not refundable, including when the payment itself is refunded. Fan Pro members pay no service fee.
How paid messages work: a paid message gets one reply from the creator. That reply opens a chat for 72 hours, in which both of you can write freely (fans up to 500 characters per message, 1,000 with Fan Pro; creators up to 1,000). When the chat closes, the fan sends a new paid message to talk again. Creators can't message fans first. Files a creator sends in a reply or chat can be downloaded for 7 days. Creator Plus and Pro can offer a file for sale in a chat ($1 to $600), open for 7 days; once bought it's in the fan's Library for the usual download period.
Paid messages: a paid message is delivered to the creator; a reply is not guaranteed. Creators are expected to reply promptly (within 24 hours for Priority messages) and may lose the ability to receive paid messages if they don't. Unanswered messages close after 30 days without a refund. Creators can pause paid messages for up to 30 days with Away mode.
Fan Pro: recurring tips and message attachments are part of Fan Pro. Recurring tips stop when Fan Pro ends; we remind you 7 days before if you cancel.
Currency: all prices and charges on FanHubb are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount and may charge a foreign transaction or conversion fee; FanHubb does not receive or control those fees. Refunds are made in US dollars, so the amount you get back in your own currency may differ because of exchange rates.
Custom requests. When a fan requests a custom, the card is held and only charged when the creator accepts. FanHubb holds the payment until the custom is complete and then pays the creator. Late deliveries, deliveries that never arrive, and problems reported within 72 hours of delivery are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Custom content is licensed to the fan for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Phone notifications. If you turn on notifications, your browser gives FanHubb an address to send them to. You can turn them off at any time in Alerts or in your browser or phone settings.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your public profile and content will be removed within 30 days. Some records are kept after that, such as payment and tax records, safety records and messages other people received, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Earnings already processed by Stripe will still be paid out on schedule.
Inactive accounts: if you don’t sign in for 7 months, your account may become inactive. We email you at least 30 days before. An inactive account is hidden from Browse and search, and your page says you’re not active right now. Nothing is deleted, and signing in makes it active again.
We don’t make an account inactive while it has paying members, a balance, scheduled drops, or an open review, appeal or dispute.
If an inactive account has never bought, sold or been paid anything, we may delete it 12 months after it became inactive. We email you 30 days before. Accounts with any payment history are kept, as described in our Privacy Policy (What we may keep after you delete something).
FanHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use FanHubb ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FanHubb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of FanHubb shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to FanHubb in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting a notice on FanHubb at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of FanHubb after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FanHubb, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of FanHubb; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content or conduct on the platform; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
FanHubb reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
FanHubb provides tools and infrastructure for creators to earn income from their audience. However, FanHubb makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that any creator will earn any specific amount of income, or any income at all, through use of the platform.
Earnings depend entirely on factors outside FanHubb's control, including the size and engagement of a creator's audience, the quality and frequency of content, fan behavior, and market conditions. Any income projections, case studies, or examples shared by FanHubb are illustrative only and not a guarantee of results.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through FanHubb. FanHubb provides earnings data and Any required tax forms (such as Form 1099-K) are provided through the creator's Stripe account when they apply, but tax compliance is the creator's responsibility.
Informal Resolution First. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us through our Support page (choose “Legal”) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Binding Arbitration. You and FanHubb agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FanHubb — except for small claims court matters and requests for injunctive relief — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where you reside, or remotely if both parties agree.
Class Action Waiver. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
