Paying on FanHubb
What you pay, what you get, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Every payment on FanHubb goes through Stripe’s secure checkout. FanHubb never sees your card number. You get a receipt by email, and every receipt has a link to get help from FanHubb.
The 3 steps
A tip, a paid message, a membership, a custom request, a booking or a download. The price and any fee are shown before you pay.
Pay by card on Stripe’s checkout page. Your bank may ask you to confirm it’s you.
Downloads go to your Library, messages to Inbox, memberships to Memberships. Your receipt arrives by email.

Who does what
FanHubb does
- Keeps your card details with Stripe, never on FanHubb
- Holds your card for a custom request until the creator accepts
- Protects your payment if a creator cancels a booking or never delivers a custom
- Helps with any payment from the link in your receipt
You do
- Check before you pay: tips and downloads are final
- Cancel memberships you don’t want before they renew
- Ask FanHubb for help first, not your bank
- Report a problem in time (72 hours for a custom, 48 hours after a booking)
Refunds, simply
Tips and downloads
Final once sent or available. If a limited edition sells out while you’re paying, you’re refunded automatically.
Paid messages
You pay for your message to reach the creator, not for a reply. Creators aim to reply quickly. No reply isn’t refunded; the message closes after 30 days.
Custom requests
Your card is held, not charged, until the creator accepts. Payments are protected.
Bookings
Cancel 24 hours or more before. Payments are protected.
Memberships
Cancel any time and keep the perks until the end of what you paid for. A yearly membership can be refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of joining and haven’t used any perk.
Something’s wrong
Use Payment Help from your receipt. It’s faster than your bank, and a bank dispute pauses your FanHubb account while it’s open.
