Getting started
A platform where fans support creators directly, and creators earn and manage their earnings.
FanHubb is the creator relationship platform: tools to manage your fans and earn from them. Creators have many ways to earn: Paid messages (fans pay to unlock your inbox), selling digital products (music, video, photos, PDFs and more, including limited editions), Timed Access drops (fans unlock to watch for a limited time), Collabs (two creators release together and every payment splits automatically), recurring tips and referral rewards.
It's free to sign up as a Creator or a Fan. No contracts, no minimum earnings, no complicated setup. Connect Stripe and start earning from your first fan.
Yes. Joining is free for creators and fans; there are optional paid plans.
Yes. Both Creators and Fans can join and use FanHubb for free. On the Free plan FanHubb takes an 8% platform fee, and Stripe’s card processing (2.9% + 30¢ in the US) comes out of each payment too, so a $10 tip pays you $8.61. No monthly cost to start.
Fans pay a small FanHubb service fee on top of each payment: 5%, at least 49¢ (a $10 tip is $10.50). It's always shown in the total before you pay, and it never comes out of the creator's share. Fan Pro members pay no service fee.
Paid plans for Creators (Plus and Pro) reduce that fee to 5% (a $10 tip pays you $8.91) and unlock additional features like more active drops, collabs, and analytics. Fan Pro ($4.99/mo) unlocks search, early drop access, 1-year downloads, and more.
Any creator with an audience, and the fans who want to support them.
FanHubb is built for any creator who has an audience that wants to support them — musicians, podcasters, athletes, artists, coaches, influencers, streamers, writers, and beyond. If people follow you, they can pay to reach you here.
For Fans, FanHubb is the only platform where your support earns you visible status. Your tips, your tier, your co-signs — your creator sees exactly who shows up.
Fans can pay from anywhere. Creators can be paid in any country Stripe Connect supports.
FanHubb is available globally. Fans can support creators from any country. Creators can receive payouts in any country supported by Stripe Connect, which includes the US, UK, Canada, Australia, most of Europe, and dozens more. Visit stripe.com/global for the full list.
1% of every sale back as credit toward Creator Plus or Pro, for 6 months, up to $60.
For the first 6 months after your first sale, every sale earns 1% back as subscription credit, up to $60 in all. A $25 tip earns 25¢. You can see it in Money › Payouts.
- On Plus or Pro: it comes off your next plan bill on its own.
- On Free: it comes off your first bill when you upgrade.
- Want to save it? Turn off “Use credit on each bill” in Money › Payouts.
If a sale is refunded or charged back, its credit is taken back. Credit you’ve earned doesn’t expire, but it can only pay for FanHubb plans: it can’t be cashed out or moved to another account.
Got free months of Plus or Pro from FanHubb? You don’t earn credit during them, and your 6 months start with your first sale after they end. Not available if you’ve received more than 4 months free in all, including Forever Free.
A limited number of members lock in 20% off their plan for life.
FanHubb is offering 209 Founding Member spots across Creator Plus, Creator Pro, and Fan Pro plans. Founding Members lock in a discounted price for life — 20% below the standard rate — and that price never increases no matter what we charge new members in the future.
- Founding Creator Plus — $7.99/mo (normally $9.99)
- Founding Creator Pro — $15.99/mo (normally $19.99)
- Founding Fan Pro — $3.99/mo (normally $4.99)
Once those 209 spots are gone, they're gone. No exceptions.
Sign up as a creator, choose your @handle, connect Stripe and share your link.
Getting started takes under 5 minutes:
- Sign up at JoinFanHubb.com and select I'm a Creator
- Choose your @handle — your profile will live at JoinFanHubb.com/@yourhandle
- Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts (2 minutes)

That's it. The moment a fan tips you, the money is on its way to your Stripe account.
Take me to My ProfileYes. Stripe verifies you and sends your payouts. It takes about 2 minutes.
Yes. Stripe is how FanHubb sends you your money. You need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding before you can receive tips, drop unlocks, or collab splits. It takes about 2 minutes and requires standard identity verification.
Stripe is the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, Lyft, and millions of other businesses. Your bank details go directly to Stripe — FanHubb never sees or stores them.
Take me to SettingsOpen the creator’s profile, tap Tip, choose an amount and pay.
Open the creator’s profile (joinfanhubb.com/@theirhandle), tap Tip, choose an amount, add a note if you like, and pay. Guests can tip $3, $5, $10 or $20; with a free account you can tip any amount. You get a receipt by email.
Want a reply? Send a paid message instead.
No. Guests can tip $3–$20; a free account lets you tip any amount and keep your purchases.
You can tip without an account. However, creating a free Fan account lets you track your tip history, see your supporter level, keep your purchases in one place, follow creators you love, and unlock drops. An account is free and takes under a minute to create.
Use Browse Creators in your dashboard, or open a creator’s link from their socials.
- Go to Browse Creators.
- Switch between All, Trending, New, Dropping soon and Timed Access open.
Fan Pro members can also search creators and save them to a private watchlist.

- Recurring tips — support creators every week or month, automatically
- New booking times early — see creators’ new booking times 24 hours before everyone else
- Early drop access — see drops 24 hours before they're available to everyone
- 1-year downloads — access everything you buy for up to a year (90 days on Fan Free)
- Attachments — send photos, PDFs, audio or short videos with your messages

Open your dashboard and tap Turn on notifications in the blue card (or Alerts → Phone notifications).
FanHubb can send notifications to your phone or computer the moment something happens: a tip, a custom request, a sale, a payout, a reply or a new drop. Tap Turn on notifications on your dashboard and allow them when your browser asks. Do this on each device you want them on.
In Alerts → Phone notifications you can choose which kinds to get, set quiet hours (we hold them and send a summary when quiet hours end), turn on Privacy mode to hide amounts on your lock screen, and send yourself a test.

Apple only sends web notifications from your Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later). In Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open FanHubb from your Home Screen, sign in and tap Turn on notifications. Nothing to download.
Just what happened and the amount, like “New tip 💸 $25.00”. Never a fan’s name or message.
Money alerts show a title and the amount: New tip 💸, New custom request 🎁, File sold 💰 and Payout sent 🏦. Other alerts show only a title. Fan names and messages stay inside FanHubb. Turn on Privacy mode to hide amounts too.
Yes. Tap Hide amounts at the top of your dashboard and every dollar amount shows as $•••.
It covers every page of your dashboard: Home, Payouts, Statements, Analytics, tips and paid messages. Fan names, messages and dates stay visible so you can still reply. Your choice is remembered on that device until you tap Show amounts. For your phone’s lock screen, turn on Privacy mode in Alerts › Phone notifications.

Handle changes are available from your profile settings. Fans: if your bank disputes a FanHubb payment (a chargeback), your account is on hold until it’s resolved. See What happens if I dispute a charge with my bank?
Creators: payouts can be held while a balance is owed or while our safety team reviews your account, usually within 1–2 business days.
Check your email for a message from FanHubb with details. Questions? Contact Support.
We email you whenever your account is used on a phone or browser it hasn’t used before.
If it was you, there’s nothing to do. If it wasn’t, use the link in the email to sign out every device, then reset your password and turn on two-step login. You can also sign out every other device any time in Settings → Sign-in & security.
Take me to SettingsOnly the ones FanHubb needs to sign you in and keep payments safe. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
Open Your privacy choices (at the bottom of every page) to see them and to record that we must not sell or share your personal information. We already don’t, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as that request. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Card details stay with Stripe, connections are encrypted, and we never sell your data.
Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — FanHubb never stores your card details. If you save a card, Stripe keeps it; FanHubb only keeps its brand and last 4 digits so you can see which card is saved. All connections to FanHubb are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. You can turn on two-step login, and we email you when your account is used on a new device. The database is backed up every night, encrypted. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Our team reviews every report against the Community Guidelines, usually within 24–48 hours.
If something breaks the rules, we remove it and may warn, suspend or close the account. To protect everyone’s privacy we don’t always share the outcome, and the person you reported isn’t told who reported them. If you’re in danger, contact local emergency services first.
It included words or content our Community Guidelines don’t allow. Reword it and send again.
FanHubb automatically stops messages, bios and names with words on our blocked list, and anything sexual, hateful, threatening or spammy. See Community Guidelines. If you think it was a mistake, contact Support.
Harassment, threats, hate, spam, impersonation, and any sexual or explicit content.
Messages that violate our Community Guidelines are strictly prohibited. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, solicitation of illegal activity, sexual or explicit content (FanHubb doesn't allow adult content anywhere), spam, and impersonation. Violations may result in account suspension without refund. See our Community Guidelines for the full list.
An automatic check held it until FanHubb Trust & Safety looks, usually within a day.
Every photo and video is checked automatically for explicit content when you upload it. If the check thinks it might be explicit, it’s hidden from everyone but you until FanHubb Trust & Safety looks at it, usually within a day. If it’s fine it’s published and we let you know; if it breaks the Community Guidelines it’s removed and we tell you why.
The check isn’t perfect, so it can occasionally hold something that’s fine. There’s nothing you need to do: a person reviews it.

You may not resell, share, give away, upload or stream it anywhere else, copy it for others, reproduce, remake, re-record, remix or sample it, use it to make money, or use it to train AI. Sharing your private download link counts as sharing the content.
Breaking these rules ends your access without a refund and can close your account. A limited-edition copy number is a record of your purchase, not something you can sell or transfer.

No. Amounts and messages are private; your supporter level can be shown.
Your supporter level (Fan, Big Fan, Mega Fan, SuperFan) on a creator's profile is visible to that creator and can be shown publicly on your profile. However, the specific dollar amounts of individual tips and the content of your messages are private between you and the creator. Other fans cannot read your messages.
Big Fan $75+, Mega Fan $250+ and SuperFan $750+ with one creator.
Supporter levels show how much you’ve spent with one creator over time, from tips, unlocks and purchases. They’re per creator: you can be a SuperFan of one creator and a Fan of another.
- 👋 Fan — any tip or purchase
- ⭐ Big Fan — $75+ with that creator
- 🔥 Mega Fan — $250+
- 👑 SuperFan — $750+
Your level is visible to the creator and on their profile’s supporter list. Don’t want to be on public lists? Turn off Settings → Show me on supporter lists: you still earn levels, and only the creator sees you. Refunded payments don’t count.
We retired it. Creators are now shown by who fans are backing right now.
We retired weekly voting and creator rankings. Creators are now shown by who fans are backing right now (supporters in the last 7 days), with boosted creators first. Your supporter levels and everything you’ve bought are unaffected.
Payments, refunds & billing
Use “Problem with this payment?” in your receipt, or Payment Help. FanHubb decides within 72–96 hours.
- Open Payment Help (or the link in your receipt).
- Choose the payment and tell us what’s wrong.
- We email you our decision within 72–96 hours.
Only FanHubb issues refunds, and only in the cases in our Refund Policy, like duplicate charges or files that won’t open and can’t be fixed. The service fee isn’t refunded. Please ask us before your bank.
Usually 5–10 business days after we refund it.
We email you when the refund is made. Your bank then takes 5–10 business days to show it. Refunds are in US dollars, so the amount in your currency can differ slightly.
Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge. Monthly plans aren’t refunded; cancel to stop the next charge.
- Contact Support within 7 days of the yearly charge.
- Say which plan it is and the date of the charge.
- We refund it in full and end the plan; the refund reaches your card in 5–10 business days.
To stop future charges, cancel any time: fans in Settings → Billing → Manage, creators in Settings → Your plan. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy.
Take me to SettingsDepending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added to purchases like downloads, unlocks, paid messages, custom requests, memberships and plans. If it applies, you always see it at checkout before you pay.
If tax applies, it’s shown on your receipt too. Any tax isn’t taken from the creator’s share, so creators earn the same either way.
Tips are final, except duplicate charges, errors and payments you didn’t make. Ask through Payment Help.
Tips are generally final once processed. We do refund duplicate charges, platform errors, payments the cardholder didn’t make, and some other cases in our Refund Policy. To ask, use Payment Help or the link in your receipt. FanHubb decides within 72–96 hours.
Purchases are final, except duplicate charges, files that can’t be fixed, and sold-out limited editions.
Purchases are final once the files are available to you, like other digital content. We do refund if you were charged twice, if a file won't open or isn't what the drop described and the creator can't fix it, or automatically if a limited edition sold out while you were paying. See the Refund Policy.
Often the second line is a pending hold that disappears in 3–7 business days. Use Payment Help to check.
Use Payment Help. We check straight away whether FanHubb took two payments. Often the second line is a temporary "pending" hold from a checkout that didn't finish, and your bank removes it by itself in 3–7 business days. If we did charge you twice, we refund the extra payment.
Look it up at What’s this charge? with the date, amount and the card’s last 4 digits.
FanHubb charges show on statements as FANHUBB* followed by the creator's name. Enter the date, amount and the card's last 4 digits at What's this charge? to see which creator it paid and what for. If it still looks wrong, ask us for help from there.
Use Payment Help and choose “I didn’t make this payment”. We secure the account and review it right away.
- Open Payment Help or the link in the receipt.
- Choose I didn’t make this payment.
- Change your password if you have an account.
Don’t recognize a FANHUBB* charge at all? Look it up first at What’s this charge?
Try another app or device first. Still broken? Use Payment Help; the creator gets 48 hours to fix it.
- Download it again from your Library.
- Try another app or device (for example VLC for video).
- Still not working? Open Payment Help and choose “A file won’t open”.
The creator has 48 hours to fix it. If they can’t, FanHubb decides, usually within 72–96 hours.
Take me to my LibraryYour bank declined it. Check the card details, try another card, or ask your bank.
- Check the card number, expiry date, security code and ZIP or postcode.
- Make sure your card allows online and international payments in US dollars.
- Try another card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Still declined? Ask your bank; only they can say why.
You aren’t charged for a declined payment. A pending line may show for a few days and then disappears.
It’s a security check by your bank. Approve it in your banking app or enter the code to finish paying.
Your bank may ask you to confirm some payments with a code or in its app. It protects you and the creator from card fraud. If you don’t complete it, the payment doesn’t go through and you aren’t charged.
Ask us first. A chargeback puts your account on hold until it’s resolved.
Please ask us first: use Problem with this payment? in your receipt or Payment Help. We decide within 72–96 hours, and only FanHubb can issue refunds.
If you file a chargeback, your FanHubb account is suspended while the dispute is open, and you can't sign in or open anything you've bought. If it's decided in FanHubb's favor, your account comes back with limits, such as extra card checks and limits on what you can buy, as set out in the Terms of Service. A second chargeback closes your account. See the Refund Policy.
5% of each payment (at least 49¢) for fans without Fan Pro.
Fans without Fan Pro pay FanHubb a service fee on each tip, message, unlock and download: 5% of the amount, at least 49¢. For example: $5 + $0.49, $20 + $1.00, $100 + $5.00. It's shown in the total before you pay, goes to FanHubb (creators still get their full share), and isn't refunded. Fan Pro members pay no service fee.
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
FanHubb accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work on supported phones and browsers. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency, PayPal, or direct bank transfers for fan payments.

It lists everything you’ve paid on FanHubb (tips, recurring tips, messages, unlocks, downloads and custom requests) with the service fee and any refund. Filter by month or type, tap a payment for its receipt, and download the receipt as a PDF or your payments as a CSV statement. Fan Pro bills are on your billing page (Stripe), linked from the same screen.
Take me to StatementsUS dollars. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.
Everything on FanHubb is charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add a foreign transaction fee. FanHubb doesn't receive or control that fee. Refunds are also in US dollars, so the amount in your currency can differ slightly because of exchange rates.
Yes. Stripe handles every payment; FanHubb never stores your card number.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. FanHubb never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Your payment data goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.

Messages
Fans write a message and pay the creator’s price to send it; creators aim to reply quickly.
Fans write their message first, then pay the creator's set minimum tip to send it. Once the payment clears, the message is delivered directly to the creator's FanHubb inbox. The creator receives a notification and can reply from their dashboard. Creators aim to reply quickly, and some offer Priority messages with a reply within 24 hours.
Fans can tip above the minimum if they want to — many fans tip more to signal how much the message matters to them.
The creator’s first reply opens a 72-hour chat.
The creator's first reply opens a 72-hour chat. During those 72 hours you can both write as much as you like (fans up to 500 characters per message, 1,000 with Fan Pro; creators up to 1,000). When it closes, send a new paid message to start another chat.
Only the creator's first reply counts toward their reply rate; nobody is penalised for chat messages they don't answer. Creators can't message fans first.
Yes. Read receipts are always on, both ways.
Yes. Read receipts are always on, both ways. A fan sees Seen once the creator has opened their message, and both of you see Seen under your latest chat message once the other person has opened the conversation. New messages appear in an open chat by themselves, without refreshing.

Reply within 3 days, or 24 hours for Priority messages. Your first reply opens a 72-hour chat.
Take me to MessagesYes, within 3 days (24 hours for Priority). A low reply rate pauses paid messages.
You're expected to reply within 3 days (24 hours for Priority messages). Your dashboard shows a countdown on each message and reminds you after 1 and 2 days.
Your reply rate is the share of paid messages you answered on time over the last 30 days (once you have 10). Below 80% you get a warning. Below 70%, paid messages pause for 3 days, then 15, then 30; a 4th time turns them off for good (you can appeal with the link in the email about it). Pauses fade after 90 days. Going away? Turn off paid messages in Message settings: it never hurts your reply rate.
Take me to MessagesFans pay 50% more for a reply within 24 hours, if the creator offers it.
Creators can choose to offer Priority messages in Message settings. Fans pay 50% more and the creator replies within 24 hours. A late reply counts against the creator's reply rate, so only turn it on if you can keep up.
Creators can pause paid messages for up to 30 days; they switch back on by themselves.
Paid messages are always on, but creators can pause them for up to 30 days with Away mode. Their profile shows "Away until…" and messages switch back on by themselves on that date. Away mode never affects a creator's reply rate.
Take me to MessagesMessages → Message Settings → turn off Accepting paid messages and pick your return date.
- Go to Messages.
- Under Message Settings, turn off Accepting paid messages.
- Pick the date you’re back, up to 30 days away.
Messages switch back on by themselves on that date, and Away mode never affects your reply rate.
Take me to MessagesMy Profile → Paid message price → click the price.
- Go to My Profile.
- Under Paid message price, click the price and choose a new one.
On Free you can pick $1 or $3. On Plus and Pro you can set any price from $1 to $500.
Take me to My ProfileIn an open chat, tap Sell a file, set a price from $1 to $600 and send it (Plus and Pro).

Only that fan can buy it, and the offer stays open for 7 days.
Take me to MessagesYes. Files in a reply download for 7 days; Plus and Pro creators can offer a file for $1–$600.
Yes. Any creator can send files in a reply or chat, like a voice note, photo or video. You can download them for 7 days, and we remind you before they expire.
Creators on Plus and Pro can also offer a file for sale in a chat, from $1 to $600 (plus the service fee, none for Fan Pro). Only you can buy it, and the offer is open for 7 days. Once you buy it, it's in your Library for 90 days (up to 1 year with Fan Pro).
Fan Pro members can attach up to 3 files to a paid message.
Fan Pro members can attach up to 3 files to a paid message: photos (JPG, PNG, WebP), PDFs, audio (MP3, M4A, WAV) or short videos (MP4, MOV). Files can be up to 25 MB each (100 MB for video).
Only you, the creator and FanHubb staff can open them. Photos and videos get the same automatic safety check as other uploads. Files are deleted 90 days after the creator replies or the message closes. Creators can choose not to take attachments.
No. A paid message pays for delivery, not a reply.
No. A paid message pays for delivery, not a reply, and creators can't decline or refund messages. Creators are expected to reply quickly, and those who often don't lose the ability to receive paid messages, so you can check a creator's "Usually replies within…" line on their profile before you pay. Unanswered messages close after 30 days.
If a creator's reply breaks our rules, report it from your Messages. FanHubb's moderators can refund the message price.

You set the price of every drop, Timed Access drop and file you sell. For paid messages, Free creators choose $1 or $3, and Creator Plus and Pro can set any price from $1 to $500. Fans can always tip more. Collab prices are agreed by both creators.
Take me to My ProfileIt comes with Creator Plus and Pro once Stripe has verified your identity.
The blue checkmark comes with Creator Plus and Pro. It appears automatically once Stripe has verified your identity (part of setting up payouts), so fans know the profile really belongs to you. It shows next to your name everywhere on FanHubb. If you move to the Free plan the checkmark comes off. FanHubb can also verify well-known creators on any plan, and removes the checkmark from accounts that pretend to be someone else.
A square photo with a metal seal: FanHubb confirmed it's the real news outlet, public figure or government office.
Most creators have a round photo, with the blue check once they're a Verified creator (Stripe checked their identity). An official account is different: a person at FanHubb confirmed it's the real organization or person. It has a square photo with a metal ring and seal, and “Official · News Media”, “Official · Public Figure” or “Official · Government” under the name. Tap the seal to see what it means.
News Media (Silver): newspapers, TV, news websites and podcasters. Public Figure (Gold): well-known people, including former officials and retired athletes. Government (Turquoise): city, state and national offices.
Creators can ask in Settings › Official account once payouts are set up. News Media and Government confirm an email at their own website (.gov for Government) and add a link to their FanHubb page there. Public Figures do an ID check, link their own social account and show 2 of 4 proofs. Fees and payouts don't change. Changing the name or @username pauses the badge until it's changed back or confirmed again, and every official account is checked again once a year.
A short message at the top of your profile that every visitor sees, with an optional countdown (Plus and Pro).
A Creator Alert is a message of up to 160 characters shown at the top of your profile to everyone who visits. Add a countdown for drops, limited offers or launches, and keep it up until you remove it, or for 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. Post one from Creator Alert in your dashboard (Plus and Pro).
To message your fans directly, use a broadcast.

- Go to Broadcasts.
- Pick who it goes to: Broadcast (everyone who follows you) or Message Paying Members (all your paying members, or one plan and up).
- Add a subject and your message (up to 2,000 characters). Add a photo or video and a button if you like.
- Send now or pick a time, then tap Review and send.

How many: Broadcasts: 1 a week on Free, 1 a day on Plus, up to 5 a day on Pro. Message Paying Members: up to 5 a day on every plan. There’s no limit on how many fans get each one. On Plus and Pro you can also make it a paid unlock: fans see a blurred preview and pay to open it.
Take me to BroadcastsBroadcasts and members’ messages from creators, in Inbox → Mail. Read only.
When a creator you follow sends a broadcast, or a creator you pay for a membership messages their members, it lands in Inbox → Mail with an Alert and a phone notification. Mail is read only, so you can’t reply there. To talk to a creator, send them a message.
Some messages are paid unlocks: you see a blurred preview and can pay to open it. To stop a creator’s Mail, open one of their messages and tap Mute. You still follow them.
Take me to MailOnly creators you follow, have paid, or whose link you opened, plus a few FanHubb picks.
The Spotlight on your Home shows creators you’re connected to: ones you follow, ones you’ve supported, and ones whose link you opened in the last 30 days. The corner of each slide says why. Creators FanHubb features are marked Featured, and a creator who paid to be first is marked Promoted. Nobody you haven’t connected with is pushed to you.
New to FanHubb? You’ll see a few FanHubb slides until you follow someone. To hide a FanHubb slide, tap its ×.
Take me to HomeBoost → choose Boost or Spotlight and 6, 24 or 72 hours (Plus and Pro). It shows to your fans and fans who like your content.
- Go to Boost.
- Choose Boost (top of Browse) or Spotlight (also first on their Home).
- Pick 6, 24 or 72 hours and pay.
Boosts show to your fans (people who follow you, have paid you or opened your link in the last 30 days) and to fans who like your content: fans who support creators that make the same kind of thing as you. Fans with nothing in common never see it. You need one fan of your own to buy. From 100 fans, Boost shows how many it will reach, split into your fans and the fans who like your content.
Tip: a 24-hour boost on release day sends fans to your new drop.
Take me to BoostWhen a creator you follow goes live, it plays at the top of Happening now on their FanHubb page, with Tip now right under it.
- Open the creator’s page. A live shows a red LIVE badge at the top of Happening now.
- Watch it right there. Pick an amount and tap Tip now; the stream keeps playing.
- Planned for later? Tap Remind me and we’ll alert you in your dashboard Inbox when it starts.
The stream itself comes from YouTube or Twitch, so its chat stays there. When a creator you follow goes live, you get an alert in your dashboard Inbox (never by email). Turn Live alerts off in Settings › Notifications. Tips during a live show in a short list on the card: your @username if you show yourself on supporter lists, otherwise “A fan”. Your note is never shown there.
Stream on YouTube or Twitch like you always do, then paste the link in Grow › Live. Fans watch it on your FanHubb page with Tip now under it. Every plan, no limit.
- Start your stream on YouTube or Twitch.
- Go to Grow › Live, add a title and paste the stream link.
- Tap Go live now, or pick a time to plan it (up to 10 planned, one live on your page at a time).
Your followers get an alert in their dashboard Inbox every time you go live (never by email; turn Tell my followers off if you don’t want it). Tips during a live are regular tips, added to your available balance like any tip. End it with End live; it ends by itself 4 hours after it started, and we ask “Still live?” 15 minutes before. When it ends you get a summary: tips, fans who tipped and new members. Creator Pro also gets a Live report in Analytics.
Take me to LiveSome YouTube videos can only play on YouTube. We check your link when you add it; if it can’t play on other sites, fans get Watch on YouTube instead, with Tip now still there.
This happens when a stream uses music YouTube blocks on other sites, is for YouTube channel members only, has an age limit, or has “Allow embedding” turned off in YouTube Studio (in the stream’s settings). Fix that on YouTube, then add the link again in Grow › Live. A private video can’t be shown at all: set it to Public or Unlisted.

FanHubb celebrates big moments automatically. For creators: your first tip, 10, 100 and 1,000 tips, $100, $1,000 and $10,000 earned, 100 and 1,000 followers, and every year on FanHubb. For fans: becoming a Big Fan, Mega Fan or SuperFan of a creator (the creator is told too), and every year on FanHubb.
You get an alert and a celebration the next time you open your dashboard, with a card to save for your Story and buttons to share it. Creators can share any milestone again from the Share tab. Followers, tips and years show as small badges on a creator’s profile. Money earned is never shown publicly.
A Fan Pro member’s public endorsement shown on a creator’s profile.
A Co-sign is a Fan Pro feature that lets a fan publicly endorse your profile. It shows up on your creator page as a visible stamp of support from that fan. It's part of the community credibility system — creators with more co-signs signal that real, invested fans back them.
Drops, digital products & Timed Access
Drops → fill in Schedule a drop → choose Countdown or Announcement → Schedule Drop.

A drop with a future release date and a countdown on the creator’s profile.
A scheduled drop has a release date and time, at least 24 hours ahead so Fan Pro members get their full day of early access (or release it right away instead). Fans see a countdown on the creator’s profile, can tap Remind me, and get an alert when it’s released. Fan Pro members can buy files in it 24 hours early.
Take me to DropsFree: 1 active drop, Plus: 3, Pro: unlimited.
The number of active drops you can run at once depends on your plan:
- Free — 1 active drop at a time
- Creator Plus — 3 active drops at a time
- Creator Pro — Unlimited active drops
There is no limit on the total number of drops you can create over time — only on how many can be running simultaneously.
Any digital file you made: music, video, photos, art, ebooks, presets, packs and more.
Any digital file you made: songs, beats, stems, videos, photos, artwork, ebooks, presets, packs and more. Add the files to a drop, set a fixed price, and choose whether it goes on sale right away or at the drop date (Fan Pro members can buy 24 hours early). Every plan can sell digital products, including Free.
Buyers can download the files or play audio and video right on FanHubb. Sales count toward each fan's supporter level, just like tips.
Take me to DropsDrops → Sell files in this drop → add files and a price; Plus and Pro can limit the copies.
- In Drops, turn on Sell files in this drop.
- Tap + Add files and set a price.
- Plus and Pro: set Only sell … copies for a limited edition.
- Confirm the files are your own work, then schedule the drop.
A set number of copies, like 50; each buyer sees which copy they got (Plus and Pro).
On Creator Plus and Pro you can sell only a set number of copies, for example 50. Each buyer sees which copy they got, like “You got #7 of 50”, and when they're gone the drop shows Sold out. On Free, downloads sell without a limit.
When a fan starts checkout, a copy is held for them for 30 minutes. If two people pay for the very last copy at the same moment, the second payment is refunded in full automatically.
Yes. Only your own work, or work you hold every right to.
Yes. You may only sell or post content you created yourself, or that you own or hold every right and license to, including any music, samples, beats, lyrics, video, photos and artwork in it, and the permission of anyone who appears in it. Someone else's work, re-uploads, leaks, and things you bought or downloaded elsewhere aren't allowed. Covers, remixes and samples need a license from the rights holder.
You confirm this each time you sell files or make a Timed Access drop. Content that isn't yours is removed, buyers may be refunded at your expense, payouts can be held, and repeat or serious cases lose their account. See our Terms and DMCA Policy.
Free 3 GB, Plus 25 GB, Pro 100 GB of storage.
Each plan has a total amount of storage, and a limit on how big a single file can be:
- Free — 3 GB of storage, single files up to 1 GB
- Creator Plus — 25 GB of storage, single files up to 5 GB
- Creator Pro — 100 GB of storage, single files up to 20 GB
In a collab, each file counts toward the storage of the creator who uploaded it, so two creators can add more together. Only files in drops that are on sale or scheduled count. Your Drops tab shows how much you've used. Large files upload in parts with a progress bar and pick up where they stopped if your connection drops. Files are deleted once a drop has ended and every buyer's download window has closed, so keep your own copies.
A drop fans unlock while the timer runs (12, 24 or 48 hours), then watch on FanHubb for 30 days (Plus and Pro).
Timed Access is a way to sell a drop (Creator Plus and Pro). The creator picks how long it's open to unlock: 12, 24 or 48 hours. Fans see a blurred preview and a countdown, and unlock it for one price.
It can hold photos, video and audio together. Fans who unlock it watch everything in it on the creator's page for 30 days from their unlock. There are no downloads. It must be the creator's own original content.
Drops → Schedule a drop → Sell files in this drop → Timed Access → set the price and hours (Plus and Pro).
- Go to Drops and tap + Schedule a drop.
- Add a title, then tick Sell files in this drop and pick Timed Access.
- Add photos, video or audio, set the unlock price and pick 12, 24 or 48 hours.
- Pick a drop date, or post it now.
Your followers get an alert. In your Drops list you can add 12 hours or end it early; fans who unlocked keep their 30 days.
Take me to DropsNew fans can’t unlock it; people who already did can view it for 30 more days.
When the timer runs out, new fans can no longer unlock it. Fans who already unlocked it can still view it for 30 more days, then it's removed from FanHubb. The urgency of the countdown is what drives fans to act. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Custom requests
Fans ask a creator for something made just for them: a video, an audio message, a photo, files or something written.
Creators who take custom requests show a Request a Custom menu on their profile. Each item has a price (one to three levels, from $5 up to $1,500), a delivery time (3, 7 or 14 days) and sometimes add-ons or Rush delivery. Podcasters, influencers, artists, coaches and other creators use it for shoutouts, voice messages, personal photos, guides, plans, templates, ebooks, reviews and more.
Creators choose how many spots they open each week. When spots are full, tap Notify me and we’ll tell you when they open again.
Take me to my customsOpen the creator’s profile → Request a Custom → pick an item and level → tell them what you’d like → Request.
- Open the creator’s profile and find Request a Custom.
- Pick an item, a level, any add-ons, and Rush if you need it fast.
- Tell them what you’d like (names, the occasion, the tone). You can add up to 3 reference files and a “need it by” date.
- Tap Request and confirm your card at checkout.
Follow it in My custom requests: you’ll see each step, from requested to delivered. Custom content is for your personal use.
Take me to My custom requestsOnly when the creator accepts. Until then your card is just held.
When you request, your card is held, not charged. The creator has 24 hours to accept (12 hours for Rush). If they accept, you’re charged and the delivery clock starts. If they decline or don’t answer in time, the hold is released and you pay nothing. You can also cancel any time before they accept.
Free fans pay a 5% service fee (minimum 49¢) on top of the price; Fan Pro members pay no service fee.
They suggested a different price or delivery time. You have 12 hours to accept or decline.
Creators on Plus and Pro can answer a request with an offer. If you accept a lower price, you’re charged the lower amount. If you accept a higher price, you pay the difference at checkout. If you decline, or don’t answer within 12 hours, the request is cancelled and you aren’t charged.
Take me to My custom requestsLate: the creator makes it up to you. Never delivered: full refund. Not right? Report it within 72 hours.
If a custom runs late, the creator can extend it once, by up to 48 hours, and makes it up to you with something extra, a courtesy refund (10% of what you paid, $1 to $10) or 10% off your next order with them. If it still isn’t delivered by the new date, you’re refunded in full, service fee included. If you set a “Need it by” date and it passes without a delivery, you can cancel for a full refund instead of waiting.
When it’s delivered you have 72 hours to tap Looks good or Report a problem (wrong item, missing files, files that don’t open, not what you asked for). The creator then has 48 hours to fix it. If it still isn’t sorted, FanHubb reviews it and decides, and refunds you if that’s the right outcome.
Your delivered files are saved in your Library, and you can rate the custom 1 to 5 stars. Your comment goes privately to the creator.
Take me to My custom requestsCustom requests → turn on requests → add menu items → set your spots per week.
- Go to Custom requests and turn on Taking requests.
- Add menu items: a type, a name, what’s included, a delivery time and 1 to 3 price levels ($5–$1,500).
- Set your spots per week and a “Won’t do” list fans see before they request.
- Creator Free: up to 3 menu items and 10 spots a week.
- Creator Plus: up to 25 items and 250 spots a week. Creator Pro: up to 25 items and unlimited spots. Both get add-ons, Rush delivery (48 hours), Make an offer, extra spots for busy weeks and a weekly pricing coach.
Accepting starts the delivery clock automatically. You need Stripe set up to take requests. Away mode pauses new requests.
Take me to Custom requests72 hours after you deliver, or sooner if the fan taps “Looks good”.
The fan is charged when you accept. FanHubb keeps the payment until the custom is complete: 72 hours after you deliver, or as soon as the fan taps Looks good. Then it’s added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts. The FanHubb fee is the same as for tips on your plan.
If a fan reports a problem you get 48 hours to fix it and deliver again. Running behind? From 12 hours before the delivery date you can extend once, by up to 48 hours, and choose how to make it up to the fan: send something extra, a courtesy refund (10% of what they paid, $1 to $10) or 10% off their next order with you. The refund and the discount come out of your earnings. If you don’t choose within 12 hours of being late, FanHubb extends it for you with the courtesy refund. If it still isn’t delivered by the new date, or the fan’s “Need it by” date passes and they cancel, the fan gets a full refund and you aren’t paid. Late deliveries count against your on-time badge.
Take me to Custom requestsFans rate completed custom requests 1 to 5 stars. Your average is public; comments are private.
After a custom is complete, the fan can rate it. Your profile shows your average rating, and after 5 completed custom requests it also shows how fast you usually deliver and how often you deliver on time. Written comments are only visible to you, in your custom request history.
Bookings
Paid time with a creator: a 1-on-1 call or a group session, booked on their calendar.
Creators who offer Bookings show Book a time on their profile. Each booking option has a length, a price and where you’ll meet: Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, a phone call or in person. FanHubb doesn’t run the call; the creator adds their own link or details, and you get them as soon as you’ve paid, along with any files the creator includes (a worksheet, slides, a track).
Group sessions have a set number of spots; other fans can’t see who else booked.
Chat about your booking: the creator can send you notes about it any time before (you get an alert and an email). From 2 hours before until 15 minutes after the session, you can chat both ways on the booking, free, with quick replies like “On my way!” or your own words. In a group session, your messages go only to the creator. After it closes, you can still read it, and problems go through Report a problem.
Take me to my bookingsOpen the creator’s profile → Book a time → pick a session, a day and a time → pay.
- Open the creator’s profile and tap Book a time.
- Pick a session, then a day and a time. Times show in your own time zone.
- Add a note about what you’d like to cover (optional) and pay at checkout.
Your booking, joining link, calendar file and files are in Bookings, and we email them to you. We remind you 24 hours and 1 hour before. Free fans pay a 5% service fee (minimum 49¢); Fan Pro members pay none and see new booking times 24 hours before everyone else.
Take me to my bookingsYes, for a full refund up to 24 hours before. If the creator cancels or moves it, you can always get a full refund.
Cancel in Bookings up to 24 hours before the start and you get a full refund, service fee included. After that, or if you don’t join, there’s no refund; message the creator if you can’t make it.
If the creator cancels, you’re refunded in full automatically. If they move it to a new time, you can keep it or cancel any time before it starts for a full refund. If something goes wrong (the creator doesn’t join, the link doesn’t work), tap Report a problem within 48 hours after the session. The creator isn’t paid until FanHubb looks into it.
When the link was opened and on what kind of device. Not anything about the call itself.
Your joining link opens through FanHubb before going to the creator’s Zoom, Meet or other link. Each time it’s opened we record the time and a rough device description (for example “iPhone · Safari”). The creator can see these, so if there’s ever a question about whether the link was used, there’s a record. It’s added to FanHubb’s evidence if a payment is disputed. We can’t see or record anything that happens on the call. See the Privacy Policy.
Sell › Bookings → + Add a booking option → set your weekly hours (or add times) → share your booking link.
- Go to Sell › Bookings and tap + Add a booking option: a name, length, price, where you’ll meet and your link or joining details. Add files fans get when they book, and a question to ask them.
- Set When you’re available: your weekly hours, time between bookings, how far ahead fans must book, a daily limit and days off. Fans pick from these times for 1-on-1 bookings.
- For group sessions, or one-off times, tap Times and add dates (they can repeat weekly).
Free: 1 booking option, 1 file, up to 10 bookings a month. Plus: 5 booking options, 3 files, group sessions up to 100 spots, members-only booking options, and Send a booking: invite one fan with up to 4 dates and your own price. Pro: unlimited booking options, 5 files, group sessions with no spot limit.
Take me to Bookings48 hours after the session ends, it’s released, then added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts, unless the fan reports a problem.
Fans pay when they book. FanHubb keeps the money until the session is over. 48 hours after it ends, your share is released, then added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts, with your usual fee (8% on Free, 5% on Plus and Pro) and card processing taken out. If the fan reports a problem in those 48 hours, your payout waits until FanHubb decides; the joining-link record helps. If you cancel or move a session, fans can get a full refund, and nothing is paid out for those.
Collabs
Two creators release together, and every payment splits automatically.
A collab is a joint release by exactly two creators. One creator invites another and picks the type and the price. Every collab splits 50/50. The other creator sees all of it before accepting. Then you both add your content, approve each other’s files, and it’s released on both profiles.
- Timed Access collab — fans pay the unlock price you set while it’s open, then watch it on FanHubb for 30 days.
- Release collab — fans keep it. Set a price and say how many can be sold (unlimited, or only a set number of copies), or leave it free with tips.
How long it’s open: 1, 3, 6 or 12 hours, 24 hours, 2 days, 7 days, or no end (Release collabs only). Followers of you both get an alert when it opens, 1 hour before it closes and 10 minutes before. When it closes, sales stop, buyers keep what they bought, and your collab slot frees up.
Early bird: a release collab with a price can open lower for the first 24 or 48 hours, or for the first buyers you choose. Checkout charges the early price automatically while it runs, and Fan Pro members get it during their 24-hour early access too. Either creator can change it until the collab is scheduled; then it locks.
Who can collab: Every creator can start a Release collab; Timed Access collabs are Plus and Pro to start. Any creator can accept an invite. You can be in 1 collab at a time on Free, 2 on Plus and 4 on Pro, whether you start it or accept an invite.
Every tip, unlock and sale is split automatically 50/50 to both creators’ Stripe accounts. No manual transfers, no waiting, no disputes.
Take me to CollabsCollabs → Start a new collab → pick the creator, type and price → send the invite. It splits 50/50.
- Go to Collabs → Start a new collab.
- Choose the creator, title and type (Release or Timed Access). The release date starts a week out; change it if you like. The split is always 50/50. Pick how long it’s open (1 hour to 7 days, or no end). Add a price, how many can be sold and an optional early bird.
- Send the invite. Once they accept, you both add and approve content.
Yes: a short private note on the invite, and a private chat once they accept.
When you send an invite you can add a private note (up to 200 characters, no links) that only the other creator sees. Once they accept, the collab has its own chat for just the two of you: plan the release, dates and who uploads what. The chat closes when the collab ends, and you can still read what was said.
Take me to CollabsBoth creators upload, and each approves the other’s files before fans see them.
Both creators can upload photos, video, audio and files to the collab. Before your first upload you confirm that what you add is your own work, or that you own the rights to it. Everything one of you adds waits for the other’s OK. You can approve it, or send it back with a note asking for changes. Fans only ever see approved files.
A collab can’t be scheduled or released until it has approved content. If the invite proposed a date, it’s applied as soon as content is approved. Once a collab is out, approved files are locked, so fans who paid always get what they paid for. You can still add more.
Yes. Each creator has a share link and sees who paid through it.
Yes. Each creator gets their own share link for the collab, and the collab card in your dashboard shows how many fans paid through your page or link and through your partner’s. The money is still split 50/50. Fans who pay get one thank-you signed by both of you, and anything they buy shows up in their Library under both names.
Yes: 1 at a time on Free, 2 on Plus, 4 on Pro, whether you start it or accept an invite. Free creators start Release collabs; Timed Access collabs are Plus and Pro to start.
Yes, you can run multiple active collabs — each one is always between exactly 2 creators. The number of simultaneous active collabs depends on your plan:
- Free — 1 collab, when another creator invites you (Free can’t start one)
- Creator Plus — 2 active collabs
- Creator Pro — 4 active collabs
Always 50/50, paid automatically to both creators.
Every collab splits 50/50: each tip, unlock and sale is divided evenly and paid automatically to both creators’ Stripe accounts. The split can’t be changed, so nobody has to negotiate it and nobody can move the goalposts after fans start paying.
It comes off both profiles; buyers keep access for 30 more days.
Either creator can end a collab from the Collabs tab. It comes off both profiles. Anyone who already paid keeps access to their files for 30 more days and is told by email. Money already split stays split.
Yes, both need a FanHubb creator account with Stripe connected.
Yes. Both creators must have active FanHubb Creator accounts with Stripe connected to participate in a collab. If your collaborator isn't on FanHubb yet, you can send them your referral link — and earn your referral bonus when they join.
Memberships
Creators offer up to 3 membership plans, from $1 a month. Many also offer yearly, at 10 times the monthly price (2 months free). Perks arrive automatically.
Every creator can offer members-only posts, a members badge, a members wall, a welcome note, free downloads and private links. Creator Plus and Pro can add members-only drops, discounts and early access on drops. Creator Pro can add priority messages and a monthly custom request credit.
Fans join on the creator’s profile under Members. Your price stays the same for as long as you’re a member.
Take me to MembershipsYes, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel any time in Memberships; you keep the perks until the end of what you paid for.
- Go to Memberships in your dashboard.
- Tap Cancel next to the plan.
Yearly members get an email before their plan renews. You’re charged the price shown when you joined.
Take me to MembershipsA yearly membership: yes, if you cancel within 48 hours of joining and haven’t used any perk. Monthly memberships aren’t refunded.
Choose Cancel and ask for a refund in Memberships. FanHubb checks it and refunds it to your card, usually in 5 to 10 business days. If a monthly plan isn’t what you expected, cancel and it won’t renew. See the Refund Policy.
Monthly payments are paid like tips. Yearly payments are confirmed and held first, usually for 18 days (it may be longer or shorter), then paid with your next payout.
Renewals after a clean first year are usually paid without a hold. Your statements show every membership payment, held or paid.
Take me to PayoutsCreators: earnings & payouts
Free on the 15th of every month. Need it sooner? Cash Out Now may be available any day, for a small fee.
FanHubb pays your available balance to your bank on the 15th of every month, free. When the 15th falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, it goes out the Friday before.
Cash Out Now may also be available, so you can get money that’s ready any day for a small fee instead of waiting for the 15th.
Check the cards in Money › Payouts to see what’s available now and the date the rest becomes available.
A balance under $20 normally rolls over, but if 90 days pass without a payout, it’s paid out anyway on your next payout day.
On the 15th, FanHubb pays your available balance to your bank when it's $20 or more, and FanHubb covers the payout fees. Bank transfers usually arrive in 1–2 business days.
Bookings: 48 hours after a session ends (if the fan hasn't reported a problem), your share is released, then added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts. It goes to your bank on payout day, or sooner with Cash Out Now.
Don't want to wait for the 15th? Once money shows as available, you may be able to get it any day with Cash Out Now (see below).
Collab splits are handled automatically — no waiting on your co-creator to send you your cut. The split is processed the moment the fan's payment clears.
Take me to PayoutsYes, $20.
Yes: $20. The payout on the 15th goes out when your available balance is $20 or more; anything less rolls over to the next month (and is paid anyway after 90 days without a payout). Cash Out Now also needs $20 or more available. Referral cashouts have a minimum of $20 too.
The money isn’t ready yet. Your Payouts card shows the date it becomes available.
A payment first shows as On the way in your Payouts card, then Available now once it’s ready. The card shows the date. This short wait protects you and your fans from stolen-card fraud. Available money goes out on the 15th, or you may be able to get it sooner with Cash Out Now.
Take me to PayoutsTo protect you and your fans from fraud, some larger payments are paid out a little later, usually up to 28 days.
You’ll see each one under Coming later in Money › Payouts, with the date it’s added to your payout. It depends on your account’s history and usually stops as your account grows. The money is yours, and your fan already has what they paid for. There’s nothing you need to do. Sometimes a payment needs to wait longer than 28 days, for example while a refund or dispute is sorted out. The Creator Payout Terms explain when.
Take me to PayoutsYes. Each feature has a limit, shown when you set your price. Your membership limit goes up over time.
For memberships, your limit grows as your account builds a good history. If you need more sooner (for example, you’re bringing members from another site), tap Request a higher limit in the plan editor and tell us about your fans. We usually reply within 2 business days. Yearly billing is available on most plans; the plan editor tells you when a price is monthly only.
Take me to MembershipsGet paid any day instead of waiting for the 15th. Standard (1–2 business days) from $2, or Instant (about 30 minutes) for the Standard fee plus 2%.
Cash Out Now pays your available balance any day, without waiting for the 15th. Once per day, up to $3,000 per cash-out, and it needs $20 or more available. Choose how fast you want it:
- Standard: to your bank, usually in 1–2 business days.
- Instant: to an eligible debit card or checking account, usually in about 30 minutes, any day. Available to US creators whose card or bank supports fast transfers.
| Cash-out amount | Standard | Instant |
|---|---|---|
| $20 – $99 | $2 | $2 + 2% |
| $100 – $499 | $3 | $3 + 2% |
| $500 – $999 | $5 | $5 + 2% |
| $1,000 – $1,999 | $10 | $10 + 2% |
| $2,000 – $3,000 | $15 | $15 + 2% |
For example, Instant on $500 costs $15, so $485 arrives. Instant fees include checking account and debit card transfer processing fees. The fee is taken from the amount paid out.
The payout on the 15th is always free, and anything over $3,000 goes out with it. Like every payout, Cash Out Now uses money that shows as available in your Payouts card; this protects creators and fans from stolen-card fraud. If Instant shows as not available, choose Standard or try again tomorrow.

Your bank details go straight to Stripe; FanHubb never sees them.
Take me to Settings8% on Free, 5% on Plus and Pro, plus Stripe’s card fee of about 2.9% + 30¢.
FanHubb's fee depends on your Creator plan:
- Free plan — 8% platform fee (you keep 92%)
- Creator Plus — 5% platform fee (you keep 95%)
- Creator Pro — 5% platform fee (you keep 95%)
Stripe also charges a standard payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). This is separate from FanHubb's fee and is standard across all payment platforms. These fees are deducted before your payout is calculated.
Fans pay in US dollars; Stripe pays your bank in your local currency.
Fans pay in US dollars, and your balance and statements are in US dollars. Stripe pays your bank in your local currency, converting at its exchange rate, and may charge its conversion fee (see Stripe's pricing page). FanHubb doesn't take any part of it.
Yes, in the UK, the EU/EEA, Canada and Switzerland.
FanHubb pays creators in the United States, the United Kingdom, every European Union / EEA country Stripe supports, Canada and Switzerland. The first time you connect Stripe, choose the country where you live and bank. Outside the US, FanHubb holds your earnings for you (your balance shows in your dashboard in US dollars) and sends them on the 15th or when you use Cash Out Now (Standard); Stripe then pays your bank in your local currency, usually within 2–4 business days. Other countries are coming once Stripe makes them available to FanHubb.
Take me to SettingsYes, on every plan: monthly statements, an annual summary and income letters in Statements.
Yes, on every plan. Your dashboard's Statements tab shows your earnings for this week, month and year. On the 1st of each month you get an official earnings statement for the month before, and each January an annual earnings summary. Open any of them and choose Download PDF.
You can also create an income verification letter covering the last 3, 6 or 12 months, for a landlord, lender or government agency. Every statement and letter has a QR code and verification code: scanning it opens a FanHubb page that confirms the document is authentic and shows its figures. A letter can be verified for 60 days from the day you create it, so the figures a landlord or lender sees are always recent. You can create a new one whenever you need it, or revoke one at any time. Statements stay verifiable, and opening a document again always shows the same document and code. Each time someone checks one of your documents, you see the date and time of the check (and how many times it's been checked) in your Statements tab. We don't record who checked it or where.
Creator Plus and Pro also get the full earnings ledger: every payment, refund and fee line by line, with a CSV download for your accountant.

No. Any required tax forms, like the US 1099-K, are provided through your Stripe account when they apply.
No. FanHubb doesn’t issue tax forms. Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your tax details when you set up payouts. Any tax forms required for your account (for example Form 1099-K in the US) are provided through your Stripe account when they apply. FanHubb statements are records of your earnings, not tax documents. You’re responsible for reporting your income; a tax professional can help.
It’s how FanHubb protects your payments, and it’s included on every plan. If a fan disputes a payment, we answer the bank for you.
Before a payment: every payment gets a fraud check, and the fan’s bank can ask them to confirm it’s really them.
If a fan disputes a payment with their bank: FanHubb answers the bank for you, using our records of the payment and of what the fan bought. You don’t have to fill in any forms. You can add a note or a screenshot in Statements → Disputes by the date shown there (usually 72 hours), and follow the status there.
While the dispute is open: the payment is taken off your earnings and a $29 chargeback fee is added to your balance owed. If FanHubb wins, both come back to you. The bank makes the final decision, usually within 60–75 days.
Fans ask us first: every receipt links to Payment Help, so many problems are sorted out before they reach a bank. See the Refund Policy.
Take me to StatementsFanHubb does, for you. Protecting creators against fraud is our #1 priority.
FanHubb does, for you. Protecting creators and stopping fraud is our #1 priority. FanHubb is the merchant for every payment, so we deal with the banks; you never have to.
When a fan's bank disputes a payment, we respond to the bank for you, using our records of the payment and of what the fan bought. You can add a note or a screenshot in Statements → Disputes by the date shown there, and you can follow the status there.
Before it gets that far, we stop most problems early: fans can ask us for help instead of their bank, and when a bank warns us a payment may be fraud, we review it and may refund it ourselves so you don't get a chargeback or the $29 fee.
Take me to StatementsStatements → Disputes & payment help → write your note → Add note.
- Go to Statements.
- Under Disputes & payment help, find the payment.
- Write what the fan bought and anything that shows it was them, attach a screenshot or PDF (up to 4 MB), and tap Add note.
Add it by the date shown. FanHubb handles the dispute for you.
Take me to StatementsYou give back the price minus FanHubb’s fee; a chargeback also adds a $29 fee, returned if we win.
Only FanHubb issues refunds, full or partial, under our Refund Policy, and you're told each time. You give back the refunded part of the price minus FanHubb's fee on it; Stripe keeps its processing fee, so that stays your cost.
If a fan disputes a payment with their bank (a chargeback), FanHubb handles it for you. While it's open, the same amount comes back from you, plus a $29.00 chargeback fee. If FanHubb wins, the payment and the $29 fee come back to you. The fan's account is suspended while the dispute is open. On a collab, it's all split 50/50.
Fees and refunds we couldn’t take from a payment. New earnings pay it off before any payout.
FanHubb doesn't absorb fees. Chargeback fees, card fee adjustments (when Stripe charges more than 2.9% + 30¢, for example on an international card) and refunds that couldn't be taken back from the original payment add up to a balance owed, shown in your Payouts card and on your statements.
All of your earnings go toward it until it's paid in full, and no payout or cash-out is made until then. If it stays owed for 30 days with no new earnings, your account is limited (no new drops, broadcasts or collabs) until it's paid. Your profile stays up and fans can still tip you.
US creators: if $25 or more is still owed after 30 days, FanHubb collects it from the bank account linked to your Stripe account. You're told when the chargeback or fee happens; there's no second warning before the collection, and you get a message once it's done.
New earnings pay it off automatically. To clear it sooner, email support.
Every new tip and sale goes toward the balance until it’s paid, then payouts start again. If you want to pay it another way, contact Support.
