How it works
- 1Build your menuItems with 1 to 3 price levels ($5–$1,500) and a delivery time.
- 2Accept requestsYou have 24 hours (12 for Rush). The fan is charged when you accept.
- 3Deliver72 hours after delivery (sooner if they tap Looks good), it’s released, then added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts.

When is the fan charged?
Only when you accept. Until then their card is held.
What if I’m late?
You can extend once by up to 48 hours and make it up to the fan. Never delivered means a full refund.
